Israel ‘Elias’ Lewis

On October 6, 2022 The Lewis Family and the Bloomingdale Community suffered a great loss. Our handsome and loved 5yr old Elias was unexpectedly called on to the Lord. Just earlier in the day his kindergarten friends/classmates, school teachers and staff would see his beautiful smile for the last time. As painful as one can imagine that to be, his mother Betsy, father Israel and sister Leilani can only be experiencing something many of us cannot begin to understand. The Lewis family is blessed to be surrounded by friends and family that have traveled from around the county to be by their side. Nevertheless, both parents are not in the emotional state to return to work a week after the passing of their son. Betsy’s bereavement time ends Wednesday 10/12/22, that is before her baby is even buried. The financial burden of our daily lives should not be the reason two hard working and loving parents disregard their emotional well being and mental state and rush back to work. Both are already fighting to stay strong for their 7yr old daughter- your contribution big or small is appreciated.
