Third time's a charm: well that's my mantra.

At three years old, I had my first bout with cancer which only took a left kidney.

Ten years ago "round two" resulted in a double mastectomy. 

After following all all of my doctors' orders, "Big C" still returned, this time to my colon.

Doctors are optimistic (as I am also) that they removed all traces during surgery (we'll see what the oncologist has to say).

The love of my life is devoting all of his time to my care, and we are very fortunate that even after I had to leave my job last month, we have enough money for our bills.

The constant recurrence  gets so exhausting, and I want to take a healing trip to the carribean islands (never been), where I can relax and spend a few days with no worries.

We are so blessed to have frequent flier points for hotel and airfare, however the situation has left us no money for any of the other expenses that would accompany a short respite for me.

I ask for you support and appreciate all.  It always returns ten fold
