Dear family & friends,

I am writing to you today to let you know about the loss of our dear father, Kevin Porter. He passed away on March 21, 2024 after 10 years in his fight of battling cancer. He is survived by his two children, Holly & Zac and was the only son of Richard & Judi.

He was the kindest, most generous & thoughtful man we’ve known and we’re proud to have had him as our dad. Everyone who knew him regarded him as the best friend you could have asked for and the best father to his two kids. He loved to sing at karaoke with his friends, go to Dodger Games with his kids, & most of all he strived to make everyone smile. Whether it was a lame dad joke or a generous gift he gave, nothing gave him more joy if you laughed or smiled in return.

We humbly ask if anyone would like to make a donation towards this cause. The funds would go towards our father’s funeral expenses & to St Jude’s Children’s Hospital to help children in their fight against cancer. Our father always thought about others before himself. We know he would want children battling cancer to have the best chance and all the support they can get. We would be so grateful for any donation during this difficult time.

His funeral will be held at St Martins de Porres Church in Yorba Linda, CA 4/25 10am, with a reception to follow. Thank you.
