Franklin’s Fund

Last night, Franklin was attacked by a dog. (I am NOT blaming the dog. He was acting on animal instincts). Franklin suffered multiple open fractures on one of his hind legs and the only option for a chance of survival was to amputate. As I write this, Franklin is still in surgery and I am anxiously awaiting a call from the vet. The estimate for this unexpected surgery is close to $4,000...money that I unfortunately don’t have easily available.

If you have met Franklin, you know what a lovebug he is. He has been with me for 13 years and watching him go through this is breaking my heart.
