IT'S T-FEST

Born and bred in SoCal, I've been drumming, skating, and rollin' 'round in the LA art scene for over a decade.
These different modes of expression have always seemed mutually exclusive, but have always meant the same thing to me-- freedom and collaboration. We never know what's coming, but when we catch a groove, everyone knows it. And that's what we're gonna do with T-Fest.

WHAT IT IS
T-Fest will inspire live collaboration through multiple mediums of art. It'll be skateboarding, live painting and graffiti, along with interpretive jazz and spiritual music. Everyone will have the opportunity to express themselves on blank canvases, live instruments, and unique skate ramps. Hand-picked artists will be there to guide the experience.

PAINT WITH US
6 large empty canvases; grab a brush, load it up, and add to the vision. Draw inspiration from the music, the skating, or whatever you're feeling. You'll be provided with all the necessary materials to capture your impression of the moment. Along with the canvasses, there will be a large graffiti wall documented through every stage of its evolution.
Featured artists guiding the process include DAVID ELY, ERIK WHITE, DANI TORRES, & GAMUT.

JAM WITH US:
Be immersed in a jazz experience influenced by real-time skateboarding and live painting. Enjoy interpretive dance by Marie Spieldenner's dance combo, and get down to sets by SicNarf, HANNAH, Ryan Vettel, and the Tyler Hammond Jazz Experience. Night owl? Close out the night with the rock and roll DJ the Dirty Mondays.

Bring your board and tear it up to the live tunes. Free skate before we launch into a demo and workshop put on by GRLSWRL. Hit the wall-ride, mini ramp, bank, kicker, and other unique features crafted and provided specifically for this event.

The entire evening will reach a culmination of one large free jam where Jazz, Fine Art and Skateboarding will be performed simultaneously by some of the best in the world.
EXTRAS
Food vendors will make use of each other's culinary abilities and create new and unexplored cuisines.
