Patty Severino's Medical Fund

Everyone who knows Patty has been touched by her kind and giving spirit. She left the corporate world six years ago when her son Christopher was diagnosed with osteosarcoma to be his caregiver and advocate. Thankfully, Chris is doing well now but the experience changed the direction of Patty's life. After advocating for a more holistic approach for children's cancer care, she decided to move into the healing arts herself and became a certified yoga therapist, specifically working with cancer patients and survivors.
Sadly, all this changed when Patty fell while working on a ladder last week and she was seriously injured. She suffered a shattered wrist, three broken ribs, and a fractured pelvis along with many contusions. After the initial day in the ER and hospital, she required surgery to recontruct her badly damaged wrist. Making matters worse is that Patty has no health insurance and will be facing medical bills in excess of $30,000. She also has a long period of rehab ahead as well as at least a couple months before she can resume work. We're asking for any help you can offer to offset these catastrophic expenses.
