WE HAVE RECEIVED SO MUCH INCREDIBLE SUPPORT! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH! We are almost there! I reduced from the original ask of $51K because our parents are amazing when they rally together on short notice.
We are almost there!
On May 20th, a group of our boys (all 14 & 15 year olds) won the championship for Southern California in the prestigious “National Cup” soccer tournament. This qualifies us to play for the National Championship, the road to which starts on June 18th in Honolulu.
Our challenge is that the demographic we serve cannot afford to fly their kids to Hawaii (particularly with such short notice). We have 24 people that need to get to Hawaii on June 17th. We are furiously trying to raise funds to help families subsidize but we fear it won’t be enough.
Please help us with whatever you can. Your generosity is appreciated!
