Rex has been my loyal companion for 13 years, bringing so much love and comfort to my life. He’s always been gentle and affectionate, not just with me but with everyone he meets—humans and animals alike. Recently, we noticed a small growth on his hind leg that was first diagnosed as a lipoma. Unfortunately, the growth quickly became larger, and after another vet visit, we learned it was actually a synovial sarcoma. The best prognosis for Rex is to have his leg amputated.
His surgery is scheduled for tomorrow morning. We’ve spent the past week searching for the best care and the most affordable option, and thankfully, we found a clinic that can help him right away. This has all happened so quickly, and it’s been overwhelming both emotionally and financially. Rex just had dental surgery a short time ago, which already put a strain on our finances, and now facing another major procedure so soon is difficult.
I want to give Rex the best chance at a healthy, pain-free life. Any support will go directly toward his surgery, post-operative care, and recovery. Thank you for helping us give Rex the care he needs and deserves.
