Family loses everything in fire

My sister-in-law set her oven to "self clean" yesterday and went into the basement to do laundry. When she came upstairs she found her kitchen engulfed in flames. She's extremely lucky to have gotten out, unharmed, and that her husband and three children weren't home. However, they have lost everything. They have no clothing, shoes, or even the most basic necessities. I am hoping to help them replace some of the things they have lost. Please help them in any way you can- every little bit counts.
