Help Save my Family!

I NEED YOUR HELP! I have a little bit of time to come up with this money or it’s say Goodbye to my boys forever. If you do not know. I have been fighting for custody of my Sons since August 2021. My family and I have spent $90k in the last three years on legal fees. We went to trial and the Guardian ad Litem recommended Sole legal custody to me, 50/50 physical to me. My kid's other parent was petitioning to have me removed from their lives completely and from their birth certificates. The children's therapist testified and said the kids have a secure attachment bond with me and an avoidant attachment bond with the other parent. He said it would be as if a parent died if either of us would be removed from their lives.

On May 14,2024, after a year and 1 month of waiting for the judgment, the decision was made. The judge completely disregarded my constitutional rights as well as the recommendation of the guardian at Leitem, the therapist, and several other professional witnesses at trial. His judgment removed me from my children’s birth certificates as well as from their lives completely. The judgment adopted no form of the guardian ad litem’s recommendation. The judgment spoke nothing of what was in the best interest for my minor children.

I lost my 5-year-old and 7-year-old because the judge decided to base his decision on outdated statutes. In the state of Missouri, an affidavit of paternity should be looked at as a legal finding. The laws state that the statute should be read as gender, neutral.Which would give me legal rights to my children. Unfortunately, a rehearing or appeals cost more money and I am ALL tapped out. So I am turning to you. If every single person on my friends list shared my go fund me, that would be amazing. Whatever you can contribute would be greatly appreciated.
