Hi everyone,

My name is Teyana, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart and hopeful spirit.

On May 10th , I gave birth to my precious baby via c-section two months early. Right now, my little fighter is in the NICU, getting the care they need to grow stronger every day. While I focus on being by my baby’s side, I’m facing a harsh reality—I’ve just found out that I don’t qualify for maternity leave or FMLA through my job. This means no income, no job protection, and no paid time to heal and care for my newborn.

I never imagined I’d be in this position, but I’m doing everything I can to stay strong for my baby. The financial stress of bills, medical costs, and basic necessities has become overwhelming, and I humbly ask for help.
