The 2017-18 season has been unprecedented for the Texas Tech men’s rugby club: we played 15 fifteens matches — including out of conference games against Air Force, New Mexico and Wyoming — and three sevens tournaments. 

 We have massively expanded the reach of the club via recruits from out of state — Colorado, California, New Mexico, Minnesota and Australia — and the live broadcasts of our games on FloRugby and Eleven Sports. 

 Along with this massive expansion has come a very challenging financial burden. We have struggled to cover our team costs via player dues and have been increasingly paying out of pocket for to cover travel expenses and tournament fees. 

 In return for your support, we have an exciting package of offerings and experiences, including gear and other awesome opportunities that will embed you within the current team. 

One of our alumni was gracious enough to volunteer to purchase us a set of kits for the upcoming season. These donations will help us cover travel costs (to rent 15-passenger vans, which will allow us to travel safely), tournament registrations, USA Rugby fees, and equipment fees. We will keep you posted on our progress as the upcoming season draws closer. 

Donations will be categorized into 4 tiers:

Tier 1:$ 0-$249.99
Handwritten note from a player + coach

Tier 2: $250
Handwritten note from a player of their position/coach + custom TTU RFC ball

Tier 3: $500
Vintage TTU RFC jersey (first come, first serve)+ pre-game coin toss 

Tier 4: $1,000
Coach for a weekend: dinner with the coaches and captains before the match, stand on our sideline with the coaches, TTU RFC contact top and participation in the pre-match jersey presentation.
