Texas Panhandle War Memorial Artist Commission

WHO WE ARE:

The Texas Panhandle War Memorial (TPWM) is founded in 1992 to honor all veterans from the twenty-six counties of Texas Panhandle who gave their time and life to preserve our American way of life.

WHAT DO WE AIM TO ACHIEVE FROM THIS FUNDRAISER:

To honor the memories of the veterans. I'm looking to commission artist Todd Krasovetz and www.Official-Military-Art.com to paint a painting for the memorial. Todd is the only artist to ever have an artwork signed on the international space station and NASA Approved Imagery and prints signed by the command, crew and robot “Fedor” in commemoration of the 50th Anniversary of Apollo 11 Lunar Landing. This amazing story and the artist's legacy make him qualified enough to make a painting for the memorial. The funds from this fundraiser will be used in commissioning him to make 36 x 42 painting for the memorial.

WHY THIS IS IMPORTANT:

Having artwork painted for our museum by the first ever artist having artwork signed on the international space station and prints signed by the command, and the crew will add one more historical artifact to the museum, and serve as a tourist attraction and also serve as an honor to the veterans and families worldwide.
