On June 30th, our mother suffered a heart attack in her sleep.
The two youngest in our family, 8 and 13 years old, found her. Doug, 19 years old, bravely performed CPR on his mother.
The ambulance picked her up at her home and took her to the hospital where she has had many tests and continues to stay. We are not sure when she will be able to get back to her normal life or functions but hope and pray that she will make a full recovery and get back to her normal sassy self.
We are a family of 6. My mother and I are currently the only people with an income and she is now unable to work. With her hospital bills coming, her rent due, and her other bills coming in the mail, we are finding it hard to stay afloat. Our little family ask that you uplift us and keep us in your thoughts and prayers.
