Hi, my name is Tenisha Poelstra, I am fundraising for my youngest niece Tessa-Lynn. Tessa-Lynn is remembered by her Mom (Jessica), Dad (Ken), two older sisters (Nevaeh and Aubrey), and two older brothers (Zachary and Sebastian).

Tessa-Lynn was born January 26th, 2024 and unexpectedly passed away on February 2nd, 2024, at just a week old.

We are reaching out during this difficult time for help from the community to raise funds to help give Tessa-Lynn a memorial service that is as lovely as she was.
