Tessa S. - Addiction Treatment

Hello, my name is Zane Spang. Most of you folks know how much we love my Sister Tessa. Currently, she is in need of financial help regarding her recent trip to treatment for addiction.

As a child, my Sister has always been my protector and a beacon of strength for me. When I fell on hard times many years ago Tessa stepped up for me. Now I want to return the favor. Tessa has had many trials in her life that have shown her true power. In her early 20's she was diagnosed with a rare eye disease where she had been temporarily blind for a couple of years. During that time, she battled with depression and a life-changing situation and got through it. Over the past decade, we have been surrounded by Tessa's carefree and loving attitude toward life. Over the past couple of years, we lost touch on a daily basis. I prayed and called for prayers from friends and family for the past 6 months. Glad to know that these prayers have been ansered.

At the beginning of February, Tessa fell on hard times in addiction. She expressed not knowing how she had gotten down. Having been involved in drug usage she had a close call and at that time ask for us to help to recover. We had to act fast to get her the help she needed. At the current time, she asks if there is anything we can do to help. I told her I could start a gofundme as she is worried about the financial aspects of recovery.

She is in a 30-day treatment program. In fact, she is in the same treatment center I went to 12 years ago. The center is an amazing spiritual-based program that helped me branch out my relationship back with God. I am confident this program will guide and give her the tools to return to that beautiful amazing woman we have known to love. I know our Mom is guiding us from heaven to make this work.

Anything helps at the moment. The program is $7000 and she has gotten some scholarships. Whatever we can muster up as well will be contributed. If we exceed our goal I can make sure to pay the rest forward to any other family who needs the same help.
