TESA'S RESCUE - funds for medically-recommended euthanasia

Hi everyone,

We created this fundraiser to keep track of the donations we spend on medically-recommended euthanasia procedures, we don't wish to regularly share this fundraiser as it may be heart breaking to a lot of people.

TESA'S RESCUE - the name comes from a much beloved dog, called Tesa - rescued as a stray in a dreadful condition, she blossomed into the most amazing sweetest dog. Her extraordinarily friendly and kind nature despite her rough start in life inspired the creation of TESA'S RESCUE, which is a charity that aims to help people and animals. Tesa's Rescue mission is to support the local community by helping kind pet owners on low income cover essential veterinary bills, such as emergency and life-saving surgeries or treatments, when medical costs become overwhelming. Many families on low income face the heart breaking possibility of rehoming their beloved pets when unexpected vet costs arise, Tesa's Rescue hopes to ease these burdens, save lives and keep pets where they belong - with the families who love them. We have developed fantastic relationships with the local vets and liaise directly with local clinics, therefore payments go straight into vet accounts. We run solely on donations received from the kindness of members of the public and for this reason any form of help is greatly appreciated.

Sadly a form of help is providing help with euthanasia too as often people cannot afford the cost of the procedure as well as individual cremation so their pet can come back home, where they belong. We wish to help pets in any stage of their life and unfortunately sometimes this means granting them forever peace and rest.
