Relationship to who the funds will be going to: We are long time, dear friends to Terry and Sarah Prodromou

How the funds will be dispersed once raised: We will be working close with Terry and Sarah to help them with their financial needs and also to help close surrounding families with their financial needs to get back on their feet.  It will go first to replace personal items like furniture, clothes, houshold items, and then will go to home repairs such as replacing floors, cabinets, walls, appliances, fences, etc. 

Withdrawal Plan: We have given full access to the beneficiaries Terry and Sarah Prodromou who will be withdrawing the funds for this fundraiser.

So Melissa and I are reaching out on behalf of our best friends, Terry and Sarah Prodromou, who live in St. Augustine Florida. Saturday was the first day they were allowed to go back to their home after the devastating hurricane Matthew swept through their city. They litterally live in the heart of where Matthew hit their city. They had 2-3 feet of water flood their entire home and property!! Given very little time to prepare and evacuate their home they have come back to not only loosing everything they owned but also left with their house in shambles. Trees and fences were torn down from the Hurrincane... inside walls, cabinets, appliances, heating/air system, floors, all will have to be worked on and replaced, and all their furniture and personal items completly ruined.

On top of this Terry & Sarah know many more families in their general neighborhood that are suffering through the same hardships.

We personally know Terry & Sarah's heart and they are not flashy or high end living type of people in anyway... they are an extremely caring and loving married couple that we have had the pleasure to know for a very long time. They live a very simplistic lifestyle and love people, their friends, and family. Very giving people! Sarah, in her spare time from work, enjoys rescuing animals /finding homes for them, and helping out with other fundraising for other causes. Terry is such a down to earth guy that loves to just enjoy the positive things of life and true relationships with people he comes into contact with. He loves the company that friends and famly brings to life. They both work really hard for what they have and we are sharing in the devastating feelings to know that they and other families around them have lost absolutely everything from the destruction of Hurricane Matthew.

We know and believe that things will be "ok" in the long run, but we know the hardships that they are going through currently . This is why Melissa and I started this fundraiser to not only help our friend's Sarah and Terry, but also to help with other surrounding families needing the same help that our dear friends need. With the money raised we will be working together with Terry & Sarah to properly disperse it in order to help as many families as we can in St. Augustine, Florida. We believe that when devastating things like this happen we all need to band together to help each other out, that is what friends are for!

Melissa and I would be extremely thankful if you can let the word out, share this fundraiser with all the people you know, and let's band together to raise the funds needed to help out not only our friends Terry & Sarah but also to help out as many families as we can that are suffering hardships from Hurricane Mathew!! I know what we are asking for is a large number but it is just a fraction of what it will cost families to rebuild and recover from this hardship. We believe we can hit this first goal and if we do we will continue from there. With however much is raised we will work diligently along with Terry and Sarah to find other families that need the financial help as well. If you can't donate with money we totally understand, prayers are definitely needed and please share this to all your friends and family.
