My name is Evan Whitfield, my Father Terry Whitfield passed away 10-11-2025. He suffered from pulmonary fibrosis which is a lung disease. He went into the hospital for a double lung transplant. The procedure went very well, and he was supposed to go home. The very morning he was supposed to leave, he had a cardiac arrest, and went into a coma for 3 weeks. This was very unexpected, and leaves me with the financial burden of cremation, and a service. My dad was a good man, who worked in recovery to help others.
