SHOT AND LEFT TO BLEED OUT BY POLICE

I am asking for your support for Terry Williams who was shot in Reno, NV while trying to retrieve his stolen I-watch. The watch was tracked to A motel 6 in Sparks, NV.  He knocked on the door and was met with gunfire. He was shot in the hand and stomach.  After he was shot he walked to the carwash where a Reno Police Officer was getting his patrol car washed.  This officer did not call the paramedics or backup, he laid bleeding out in front of this officer for 30 plus minutes.  The paramedics were finally called by his wife.  The officer never called for help! He begged for help, he even asked the officer several times "are you going to let me die"?  He never answered his question or offered him one word of support.  He smacked his lips and laughed at him.  Terry was in disbelief that he encountered an officer that didn't care about his life and was going to watch him die. Terry came into contact with this officer approx.  5 minutes after he was shot, he didn't arrive at the hospital until 45 minutes later.  He was rushed into surgery and woke up to his middle finger amputated, two urine bags and a colostomy bag, and a detective swabbing his mouth and telling him they believe it was a self-inflicted gunshot wound.  This crime has video surveillance from multiple businesses and on the street light.  He has asked for the evidence and has been denied all requests.  Terry has very serious injuries and will never fully recover both physically and mentally.  He was almost killed twice that day by the suspect and the police officer who took an oath to protect and serve.  All lives matter in small towns too.  The Reno Police Department has no concern for human life and will cover their actions up. Please support Terry with his recovery and exposing the officer for his conduct. Thank you!
