Terry Reeves

On Sunday, September 2 Terry was at the YMCA and had a major heart attack. With the critical state that Terry was in the EMS decided to take him to the Hospital that was right down the street. After running several test in a few days the doctors realized that he was more critical that they first thought. After spending two days in one hospital on a ventilator and monitoring they decided to transfer him to Centennial. Once Terry arrived at Centennial they took him strait to the lab to run test. Terry had two chronically blocked arteries and one that was 95% blocked. They were able to put a temporary implant device in to help his heart heal. Even though the family was originally told that Terry did not had a heart attack it had been confirmed that it was in deed a heart attack. On top of the temporary implant they were also able to stent the 95% blocked artery and moved him to the CCU after his procedure.   
As of today 9/5 Terry held his own through the night. The Doctor came in and said he was doing good, he turned down the settings on the pump and is going to try and remove it today. He is responding to Mandi when the sedation has been cut back (this has only happened for a few seconds, because he gets restless) so they think his brain is intact. Now for the prayers. Terry is still very critical. We need his heart to start working better on it’s on. If the pump can come out today they will attempt to take him off the vent. Pray once off the vent he will be intact. The biggest prayer is for GOOD LIVE TISSUE. We need the tissue around the 100% occluded vessels to start to heal and be healthy not dead. If this tissue is healthy and not dead they will be able to attempt to do a bypass or stints on those (this will be down the road). So please pray for live tissue, even if that doesn’t make sense  just pray this.

Here is where this family needs help, Terry is currently without medical insurance. They were waiting on open enrollment that starts is in three weeks. With all of the testing that has been done and the two ambulance rides along with the hospital stay it is not going to be cheep to get Terry healthy and where he needs to be. Any little bit will help. Please help me raise money for when the bills do start rolling in and to get Terry back to health.
