Friends, Family, and the wider community:

I’m reaching out today with a call for continued help. My cousin Terry (Junior) who a few months ago informed me of his diagnosis of Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma cancer. Since going through chemotherapy and eventually radiation has experienced some major setbacks in his battle against Lymphoma and other complications which have him hospitalized and bedridden since August 5th. Though given weeks to live, he has finally been transferred to The City of Hope Hospital and by the grace of God started to show some signs of improvement.

He’s been incredibly brave and courageous in trying to manage things prior to receiving his treatments. He did well initially before receiving the news of the cancer spreading to other areas of his body. He has since become unemployed and the enormous cost associated with being in the hospital and killing this cancer has taken an enormous toll. He has exhausted all his savings and relied on family, friends, and the generosity of the donations from GFM he's received thus far. I’ve upped the goal to $25,000 and ANY donation…$5, $10, $20, or more is deeply appreciated to continue maintaining his rent and basic bills: car insurance, utilities, and his cell phone. Though we want him to focus on getting better, due to some loss of his memory he still thinks he's lost his home and car, but be assured he hasn't. Please know that EVERY cent minus the fees GFM charges are sent directly to his account.

Thank you in advance for whatever you can contribute and for ANY uplifting words of encouragement. Please share this far and wide…every dollar helps. Though we’re cousins, before being blessed with siblings Terry was and still is my brother but I've found over the weeks that he has cultivated an amazing community of friends near and far that love and support him and we all want him around to grow old with.

I have an address where you can send care packs and cards if you'd like:

Terrence D. Junior
5th Floor: Rm #5129 (this may change periodically)
c/o CITY of HOPE HOSPITAL
1500 E. Duarte Rd
Duarte, CA 91010

Finally, thank you for all you've done thus far, but PLEASE do not forget to keep Terry lifted in thought and your prayers for continued improvement in his condition, to receive good reports from his doctors, complete healing, and a full recovery.

With Immeasurable Gratitude,
Lamont Hollins & Terry’s Family, and friends
