Meet the Terry Burger family. Terry is my little brother. They are a tight family of 4 that in the last week have had Covid devastate their family.

  Terry is a hard working man employed 23 years with the same company. He works 40+++ hours a week, never turns down overtime no matter how high the heat index is or how low the windchill. He is the sole provider of the home so Amara (which has been a  brittle diabetic since the age of 8 with all the health and financial issues that brings with it) can stay home to care for both their children which each have special needs.

  Terry and Amara have been married for 23 years and have overcame many obstacles together with strength. But they are going to need help this time, first with prayer for recovery, second financially. 

  Terry was diagnosed with covid August 12th and Amara 6 days later. By the grace of God Amara has experienced a less severe case, and is at home caring for both kids.

  Terry was admitted to the hospital by ambulance the 18th, on the 20th was within an hour of being discharged and crashed.

We have about lost him multiple times, he has been transfered to St Luke's is on the ventilator and ECMO heavily sedated. He is on the highest level of life support there is available. He has a very high mortality rate. With prayers and recovery this is going to take several months, multiple levels of care and continued therapy to get him home. In the mean time all the normal monthly bills, insurance payments and unbelievable medical bills are going to continue coming.

  This site will be turned over to Amara after I post this for her to maintain their household. Any help will be very much appreciated by the entire family.

  Terry's a proud man and may kick my butt for this later but I'll gladly take that butt kick.
