Terroni for San Patrignano

San Patrignano is first and foremost a family and home, offering expert support to young people with addictions.

Founded in 1978 by Vincenzo Muccioli, a man with a big heart, and a small group of volunteers, San Patrignano has welcomed to date over 26,000 young women and men, providing them with a home, moral support, health care, legal aid, and an opportunity to get an education and learn a profession. For the men and women who have been through these programs, the experience is life changing.

All of this is free of charge because, in Muccioli’s words, “love is a gift that cannot be bought.”
