TERESSA WILL SURVIVE CANCER AGAIN

Donation protected
Hello, my name is Teressa Cochran:)

I'm a Mother of 8. I have 7 awesome sons and 1 beautiful daughter. Before cancer, I was a Professional Emergency Medical Technician. I miss my job and helping save lives. Now I'm in the fight for my own life, and fighting to take care of my children.

I have Stage 4 Invasive Ductal Carcinoma. It's a form of Breast Cancer. This my 3rd fight. I was originally diagnosed June 17, 2013, (on my 50th bitrhday)  with Stage 1 Breast Cancer.  After abiopsy, I found out that it was Stage 3c.

The 1st fight, I was very optimistic. I went through  8 rounds of chemo and 40 radiation treatments.  I felt like life was good. Shortly after that,  I started having pain in my breast and seeing lesions on my chest and under my arm, At first I was told that it was nothimg. They said it was just scar tissue . The nodules kept growing and again a biopsy confirmed that tne cancer was back.  5 months after I found the lesions, I was in stage 4.  At first, I crashed and burned. My mind was thinking the most awful things. I was so afraid. But then I gathered my senses and called on God. I cried out to Him & prayed for peace in the middle of this storm. I'm going to survive. I will be here on earth to raise my kids. I am standing on God's word and I believe that By His stripes  I am healed.

I need help. Insurance is now denying serveral tests and medications, as to say I'm not worth fighting for. I am currently baking cakes, to help support us. I make homemade cakes and cupcakes, just to bring in some extra money to buy medication, suppport my children, and to send them to college. I have 1 son who graduates this year.He will be attending the University of Central Florida. My only daughter is going to the prom tomorrow, and graduates next year, in 2016. My baby boy is 13. He has a ways to go. Thisis very hard on all of them. The 5 others are grown but this is tough on our family. I'm not a lazy person at all, it's just that some days are better than others. I have a lot of bad days.

It's hard asking for help, but I'm asking because I need to survive for my children. I'm trying to travel to seek other forms of treatment. I KNOW THAT I WILL MAKE IT. I HAVE TO!!!

Thank you for your help and positive encouragement,

Sincerly,
Teressa Cochran
