Terrell’s road to recovery

On Wednesday July 14, our family suffered a tragic experience as my son Terrell and his siblings were taken under by a strong rip tide while visiting Tybee Beach in Savannah. Thankfully the girls surfaced the water unharmed, but unfortunately Terrell was swept under for several minutes till emergency personal and first responders located him. Terrell was transported to Memorial Health ICU where he has been seeking treatment since. Terrell spent 5 days on the ventilator but it is with the grace of God that he is still here today, though he has a long recovery ahead.

With this tragic experience our family has suffered a lot emotionally, mentally and financially as we have been living in hotels down in Savannah while Terrell recovers in the hospital. We are blessed to have Terrell still with us, because we have seen the power of Prayer and God’s grace work through him.
