As most you know, my close friend Sarah lost her 2 year old son to a terrible drowining accident this week. He was able to be taken to UCDavis, but they found that he had no brain activity so was taken off life support. His organs were donated and saved the lives of three others, he’s a little hero! She has 2 other sons, and the family is still in a trailer since they lost their home in the camp fire. This sort of thing is unimaginable, and it would be nice to help the family somehow, so if we could help with the expenses for the memorial and medical bills at least we can take a tiny piece of stress off their shoulders.
