Terra & 3 Year Old Son Need Help After Fire Damage at home

Hi friends,

I know we all have someone we love affected by the devastating fires. I am raising funds for my sweet friend Terra. She is a single mom to a darling 3-year-old boy who lost almost all of their belongings due to fire damage in January. We are helping them replace the belongings they lost, provide financial support for missed work, cover miscellaneous fire damage cleaning fees, and purchase high quality air purifiers so they can return home.

Their journey of rebuilding and getting back on their feet first began in December of 2023 when they left a hard situation and started with nothing.

Ultimately, with help, they found a small duplex—a home that not only provided shelter but also gifted them a loving and supportive community that they have felt rooted in. Little by little over the course of a year, she filled their space with treasured items, recycled goods, used furniture, and a few slow fashion pieces for her son, making it a true sanctuary and symbolic of starting a real home for the first time.

Since the Palisades Fire began on January 7, 2025, they have not been able to return home. While they are grateful for temporary housing, severe smoke damage has ruined most of their belongings, leaving them in a difficult position to start over once again.
