Hello! My name is Davide, and I'm raising money for my upcoming surgery. A bit about my story:

I was diagnosed with ADHD and Autism at 18, and I've already had two surgeries. However, I've noticed that it's really hard for me to be in a room with another person after surgery.

I recently asked the hospital where I'll be having my surgery about the cost of having a room where my partner (we've been together for 5 years) can stay with me. They quoted me over 500 CHF per night. I'll be in the hospital for 2 weeks, and my partner has been by my side for all my previous surgeries. But this one is particularly intimate, and I couldn't imagine having a stranger next to me while I have to be almost naked in the same room.

I've created this account to afford the 'upgrade' to a room for my partner and me, which I believe will greatly benefit my mental well-being and physical recovery. In the past, I've had bad experiences with strangers in the room, and I know I won't be able to rest as long as a stanger is sharing the room with me.

If you can help in any way, it would mean the world to me! I've included a picture of my partner and me, as well as photos of me before and after transitioning. I hope this gives you a better understanding of who I am and why I'm raising funds for this.
