Hello friends and dear ones. This GoFundMe has been created to help with expenses for the family of Teri Kalafate, and will be directed to her beloved daughter, Mikaela.

In the beautiful words of Mikaela upon her passing, "I will now forever want my mommy. Teri Kalafate was surrounded by her family who poured love into her as she passed onto a better place where pain can’t hurt her anymore. I never knew my heart could break so badly. Thank you everyone who shared their kind words to pass along. I read every single one to her and they made her smile. She was lucid enough to even comment on many well wishes and stories read to her. It provided her great comfort and helped her think of happier times. My favorite moment with her was when she sang me the lullaby she had since I was a baby which I will do for our Adria. Her final words to you all were “To every single person I met and became a part of my life - I’ve had a great life. Thank you.” Mommy, now You Are My Special Angel."
