Hi, my name is Greg Gianno, I’m a resident of Brighton, and I'm fundraising for Nolber Salguero and the Salguero Family. Recently, as I was picking up lunch from Teresa's Market & Taqueria, Nolber told me that he and his family are having a challenging holiday season. His mother--the namesake of the restaurant--Teresa, was visiting from Guatemala for Christmas and had a health crisis. While in the hospital, Teresa passed away unexpectedly. Her legacy is honored and remembered through the hard work and delicious food Nolber provides to our neighborhood.

Unfortunately, the process of returning Teresa to her final resting place in Guatemala is incredibly costly. This has put Nolber and his family in a difficult financial position during this tragic time. As someone who contributes so positively to our community, I believe that we can show our appreciation this holiday season by helping Nolber and the whole Salguero family in their time of need. All proceeds from this fundraiser will be put toward the cost of returning Teresa's remains home to Guatemala.

Teresa's Market & Taqueria has been a staple in our neighborhood for as long as I have lived here, and I know that they have brought big smiles and full bellies to many in our community. I'm asking you to please consider donating any amount you can contribute to help see our neighbors through a difficult time.
