On behalf of the Reyburn Family, we invite you to offer support for Teresa Machado/Reyburn as she navigates an unimaginable and progressive disease, Alzheimer's. We appreciate your thoughts, prayers, and outreach in support.

Teresa is well-known for her caring and giving spirit in the Santa Maria Valley. She has dedicated her life in helping others through her work at Parks and Recreation to her volunteer work through the Rotary Club. Teresa's passion was to bring a smile on others' faces by giving back to the community. Now it's time to give back to her.

This GoFundMe is intended to help Courtney and Stevie pay for the start-up fees for Teresa's assisted living in a Memory Care facility and medical expenses. This assistance is especially needed because Teresa's disease has now reached the advanced stages of Alzheimer's and requires 24-hour care. The start-up fee for this placement is over 10,000, and her need for medical care has increased as well.
