Teresa Ramirez was recently diagnosed with aplastic anemia. The medical bills are already piling up. She has already began the infusions and it wears her out so she has been missing work. She’s back in the hospital, and this is only the beginning of her visits with doctors and specialist here in Corpus and San Antonio. She has insurance but her out of pocket expenses will be between $10,000 and $15,000.
