In memory of Teresa o Hara, instead of floral tributes at the funeral, we would prefer to raise money for the residents of Westport Care Home.

Our Mum/ Nan spent the last 4 years of her life, living happily with advanced Alzheimer’s at Westport Care Home. This was due to the new friends she made; who too were dealing with their own Dementia daily struggles.

Whilst Teresa had family to visit, a lot of residents do not have visitors or family. We would like to be able to buy some dementia aids, sensory toys, and gifts for the residents to make their memory loss journey a little bit easier.

We would like to thank you all for your support and love at this sad time.
