On April 5th , our lives were changed forever as our friend , sister , mother, daughter took her last breath while Truly , Madly , Deeply played in the background and she was finally reunited with her one true love , David. Before she left , she gave her last gift to the world. Teresa was an organ donor .

Teresa was the main support for her family after David was killed tragically July 10, 2008 in an industrial accident in South Africa , just days before he was to finally come home to his family after months of being away. Teresa’s son Sean Paul , daughters Anamcara and Bella and her grandchildren David , Nova and Gracelynn who just arrived 8 weeks ago , lives have been turned upside down. Her mother Patricia , her Big Brother Sean and his amazing partner Dawn will be soon traveling to Ohio from New York to fulfill Teresa’s final wishes and say their final goodbyes . They will also be trying to help her children find out what their new norm is as well as shoulder all the unexpected expenses .Teresa had not planned for this, she had just celebrated her 52nd birthday and was loving her new life being a “young” grandma.

They are going to need some help and I’m reaching out to our village to help support this family in their time of need while they navigate what feels like your worst nightmare but is their reality. All donations will help with funeral expenses and help her children figure out what the next steps are.
