I am so depressed & upset. I'm 73 and was hospitalized for 3 weeks with a Diabetic Keto Acidosis. I text my brother, Bill to help me. I put my dachshunds in their crates because he didn't like my dogs and they could be noisy and he was heading over. After calling the ambulance and sending me to the hospital he closed up the house and left my dogs in their crates overnight. Next day he called Animal Control, and the Animal Control officer and my brother were seen loading my dogs into the truck. The dogs were left so long that they may have soiled their crates.

My Wiggles was my shy one, scared of her shadow but she ate well, cleaning up everyone's bowl & was a little over weight. She was seen by the vet for IVDD but nothing was ever mentioned about a fistula in her mouth. My shy little girl was euthanized by ACPS for not eating, for being skinny & having a fistula...what they said. She was so so sweet and she was bonded to her brother, Speckles, from birth, but she was fostered separately from Speckles. She was afraid of her own shadow & had no idea what had happened to me or what was happening to her . I am so very upset & I am so sorry Wiggles . I loved you so much.

The rest of my gang was adopted out. I now have Lily, but I want Katie, PJ and Speckles back. I gave no one a power of attorney, so they were adopted out without my permission & they were not strays. Katie is almost 15 years old & Mom to all the others that have been adopted. Senior dogs need to be with their long-term family. I need financial help to hire an attorney to fight to bring my seniors home! Please help if you can. Any amount helps.
