Teresa Booker Johnson

My name is Terra Webb, and I am reaching out to ask for your help in this unfortunate time for Teresa's family. Teresa was a beautiful mother who raised nine children; Messiah, Ariell, Sincere, Heaven, Mathew, Fantasia, Jaquarie, Aaliyah, and Eliza. She passed away unexpectedly on Monday, August 29th, at her home. Teresa left behind many people who relied on her strength and courage daily. She was a very hard worker, extremely kind and considerate, with a heart of gold. She worked in the medical field for over 20 years, taking great care of many patients. Teresa was an angel that loved helping others and making people smile.

It is now time that we help care for her family as she has for many others. Funds are being raised to help with cremation and funeral costs. The family will also be relocating back to Chicago; funds will help with the moving cost from state to state.

Unfortunately, her son Sincere will have heart surgery next month, and funds will also be used to help cover that expense. Many of her children will travel from other states to celebrate her life; money will also help with that cost.

Services for Teresa will be Friday, September 16th at 1:00 at Mount Carmel Bible Church located at 740 E. 42nd Street, Chicago, Illinois 60653
