Hi, my name is Teresa Southwick. This is Rosko Jo. He is a rat terrier, and he is 1 year and 3 months old. He is learning to be my mental and emotional support dog. He is amazing. The problem is, he has something going on in his ear. I live on a very fixed income. I'm reaching out for help to get this lil guy to the doctor to treat his ear.
