Hi, my name is Martha. I am fundraising for my aunt and her 2 sons. They were in a car accident on new year's eve. My aunt was driving west on route 20, when she was suddenly struck head-on by a truck that crossed the center line. My aunt and my cousins had to be extricated out of their car and then transferred to a children's hospital in the city for serious injuries and my aunt was transferred to another hospital. They all have serious injuries. My aunt took most of the hit and is in bad shape. She is currently in the ICU requiring multiple surgeries. I am asking for donations because my aunt is the sole provider for her sons. She had just gotten a new car not even 2 months ago and due to the negligence of the other driver, it is totaled. My aunt is left with tons of medical bills from ER visits, ambulance rides, hospital/surgical treatments, and will need so much physical therapy for herself and her kids. We heard that the other driver fled on foot, and have not heard from the police if they caught him. We appreciate any and every donation. Thank you in advance.

Hola, mi nombre es Tita y estoy pidiendo ayuda para mi Tia Tere y sus hijos. Ellos tuvieron un accidente automotriz. Mi tia manejaba en la ruta 20 en elgin, cuando una troca le pego directamente al cruzarse de su linia. El choque fue tan severo, que los paramedicos y bomberos duraron mucho tiempo en librar a mi tia de su auto. Huvo muchos testigos que dicen que el hombre de la troca huyo. Dejo a mi tia con muchas lesiones y fracturas graves. Igual sus 2 hijos fueron lesionados gravemente. Les pido donaciones para que mi tia pueda pagar los biles medicos ya que son muchos; viajes de ambulancia, 5 hospitales en total, varias operaciones y no se diga su carro que acababa de comprar, el cual quedo destruido.
