Tera Hilger And Children Needs Your Help Now
Donation protected
As most of you know, Rusty Hilger passed away in the early hours of December 24, 2019 at home after being released from a California Hospital after health setbacks over the last several months finally got the better of him.
Rusty courageously fought a winning battle with cancer, but prior to that journey his health had been poor and he had been practically bedridden for the previous three years. After moving to California three years ago for treatment, Rusty was limited in what work he could do. For around six years income has been very limited in the Hilger household. His partner in this journey and his wife, Tera, is a proud woman who has juggled finances to make ends meet during this long difficult time while being Rusty's primary car giver.
Now she is exhausted, heart broken, and finds herself in a sensitive financial situation of needing your help. Tera and her two community college attending children, Talon and Tia, are needing some breathing room. They need your help to get through the end of December and January and pay important bills. With Rusty's passing they are in the process of downsizing and liquidating things that Rusty had and no longer needed. Yet they need time and money to do that, and that's where you come in to help. To pay bills and avoid eviction and other loss of services during this time, as well as to help with some of Rusty's final expenses, this small amount of money will be a HUGE help in three peoples lives reeling from the loss of a husband and dad and a crusader for helping other people.
Whether you're from Oklahoma City, Alumni or fan of the Oklahoma Cowboys Football program, or part of Raider Nation, your help is desperately needed in this hour of need. Please donate as soon as possible so Tera can keep a roof over the family's head and make good decisions for her and the children in this time of incredible loss. When you donate, let others know you did and ask them to give as well. Large and small, a donation from you will be a huge help now!
