Tenemos Recovery

Hello my name is Kira and last night by boyfriends beloved best friend was hit by a car.

While visiting his home state to help his mom move Tenemos was being watched by some friends. Everything was all and well until they were trying to go somewhere and he got a random wild hair and ran off.

After searching for him for hours we received a call from an Emergency Vet saying he had be hit by a car.

He is still currently at the emergency vet in critical condition.

Luckily NO BROKEN BONES but his lungs were punctured in the accident. This has lead to air leaking out of his lungs into his body. Overtime this would collapse his lungs and ultimately end his life.

They have inserted a tube to relieve the air out of his body.

This series of unfortunate events is truly no one’s fault. We just want this boy healthy and back to his silly, athletic, and sweet self.

UPDATE:

Tenemos is unfortunately still in intensive care. Even with the tube placed in his lungs there is still a lot air. The Vet is wanting to do surgery by tomorrow if he has not progressed. The CT scan alone that he would need before the surgery is $3000. The bills keep stacking up and we have to pay upfront to receive the care.
