Hi, my name is Dawn. I've created this fund to try and support my amazing sister, Tena, who is currently at the Loma Linda Hospital in San Bernardino County.

For those of you who don’t know my sister Tena, I can tell you she is an incredible woman. Humble, caring, and unselfish are just a few words that come to mind when I think of her.

My sister was in ICU and has recently been moved to a different unit. She has been under doctors care longer than any of us wanted or expected, and no one knows when she may be strong enough to go home and heal in her own bed. She is currently on high flow oxygen, and although she has always been a very strong woman, she is struggling and in a lot of pain from trying to recover from a broken back, other ongoing health problems and severe breathing issues.

During this time, our family is doing all we can to keep Tena focused on her recovery. However, the ever-mounting medical bills seem to be keeping her mind and body distracted from this ever-important healing process.

Our family would be forever grateful for any contribution you can make to help ease the financial stress that has quickly plagued my beautiful sister.

Prayers and healing thoughts are also very much welcomed and much appreciated.
