On Thursday, October 23rd, while exploring North Vancouver Island, I lost my camper van in a flood caused by a landslide. I had been living in my van full time since March, and it was both my home and my way of traveling.

I’m very grateful that I am safe, but I’m currently displaced while waiting for my ICBC claim to process. Thankfully, I’ve been able to borrow a family vehicle for now, but finding stable, affordable accommodation in the meantime has been challenging.

A few friends encouraged me to start this GoFundMe to help with temporary housing and basic expenses while I work through this unexpected setback. Any support, whether it’s a donation or just sharing this page, means a lot to me during this time.
