I am seeking fellow restauranteurs and patriots in the Central area of Pa to contribute to this fund so we can enter an injunction today in Federal Court to stop the mandate on indoor dining. 
The cost I have incurred so far is $2500 and the injunction is ready to be filed today. 
If the court agrees to hear it, we will spend approximately another $5000 to present the case in court. 
Time is of the essence, since it is my belief that this closure will continue past Jan 4th and the fact that one of our members on the email has already been issued a closure notice.
As a final note, my business is listed as the plaintiff but it would be helpful to have a couple of more, strength in numbers. By agreeing to be listed in no way will you be responsible for payment of legal fees. That is what this GoFundMe is for.
