Hey good morning everyone!

3days ago, I was your neighbor living in the Villas with my family.

As of today, I have spent 3 nights sleeping in my tiny car in random parking lots. The weather is getting much much warmer. Too hot to sit in a car all day.

Im embarrassed to even be writing this, slot of you may actually know me. I always had a teen with me and some school fundraiser we were telling you about...lol

Anyways my situation is desperate at this point.

Im a full-time student at Crc and full-time when I go back to work from Leave tomorrow. I work graveyard so this sleeping in the car thing is not going be the greatest.

I have called 211 and every listing for shelters. No one is letting new clients and due to covid-19. They're telling me to shelter in place and get off of the street but there's literally no where I can go. I know things are tight, but what I'm asking the community is is there anyone who might see it in their heart to rent a room for me for a day or a couple of days. I have finals and I really just need a place where I can concentrate get some rest and study. Not to mention as I said I work graveyard so anyone who's worked graveyard knows how important it is for it to be dark and quiet during those hours I just can't see how I'm going to do this right now but I know that I can.

I don't want to get yelled at by anyone I know we have some serious vigilantes on here LOL but emotionally I'm super fragile as it is and I just need a friend.

last night was the first time in months where I literally cried out loud to God with tears streaming down my face I'm not sure if he heard me and I'm not sure what he wants me to do, or if I'm even capable of doing it...but im going to try.

Even if you can't help I could really use a voice right now I haven't spoken to anyone in almost 3days and I just really need to hear a positive voice.

I know it's not a great place, but even something like the Motel 6 on Elsie, it's the cheapest/closest... and it's $85/nt Thurs-Sat, $60/nt Sun-Wed and they'll do a 10% discount if it's for 4 days or more... and the person who's paying can be different than the person who's checked in (and the charge can't be continued by the person staying w/o the person paying's authorization... and only the person checked in/staying (w their own ID) is responsible for any charges/damage etc - I checked because I thought that might be a question people could have).  A two-week stay would be a little under $1,000.  Or whatever else works best for her.  ???   I imagine that some people who might otherwise be willing/able to offer to rent a room are not willing/able to do so  now (in light of COVID-19/the stay-at-home order, etc), so helping w/ staying somewhere else might be the "next best thing?"  Anyone who wants to/can contribute can do so through this GoFundMe link.  Also, anyone who has good "social media sharing" skills LOL aka not me, please feel free.
