We are a group of Temple University students who went to El Progresso, Honduras last summer to volunteer for the national NGO, Students Helping Honduras - we intend to go back and continue our work.

Our primary goal is to aid in the construction of primary & pre-secondary schools in Honduras. These schools will be built and staffed in order to fight the overwhelming forces of extreme poverty and violence.
Education is the cornerstone of progress.
We are raising money to fund our volunteers and to fund a donation to the our parent NGO, Students Helping Honduras .
We will be in Honduras volunteering from June 17th - June 24th
We are raising money to fund the costs of sending our volunteers to Honduras.
If we are able to double our current goal, $5,000, and make $10,000, then HALF the money we raise will help refund our volunteers for the expenses they pay in advance to volunteer. The other HALF of the money we raise will be donated directly to SHH for use wherever needed.
We endlessly thank you for donating and sharing on social media. It means the world to us volunteers and those children who will have a chance to fight back and succeed against all odds.
