Tempe arrested this Tucson woman over a gif

Kathleen (Kadi) Tierney was arrested and lost her job over posting a Facebook comment. The City of Tempe used her as a scapegoat to shut down their council meeting, because they didn't want to face opposition to their unconstitutional parks ordinance.

TPD then shackled Kadi, dragged her up to Tempe jail from Tucson, confiscated her phone and laptops, and dumped her out on the street without a way home. Kadi was subsequently fired from her management job at Cox Communications.

Thankfully the district attorney found no reason to pursue the case, which has been dropped. However, Kadi is still struggling to pay bills and fight to restore her reputation.

Please take a moment to read this interview with Kadi Tierney that reveals even more maleficence on the part of the City of Tempe and Tempe PD.

We need to protect one another from these political hit jobs. No one's voice should be suppressed for standing up to the City of Tempe Mayor, Council or City Manager. No one deserves to have their life and reputation torn apart based on the petty vengeance of Tempe officials.

Let's practice what we do best in Tempe, and provide some aid for Kadi until she is made whole again. Thank you!!
