My name is Tayiba, and I am a student from the London School of Muralism. I am leading a self-directed community mural project called Tell Your Story, which invites people of all ages to take part in designing and painting a new mural in Fleetville.

The existing wall has been vandalised and left without proper care. This project aims to restore the space through a positive, community-led mural that reflects local stories, voices, and creativity. It means so much to me to showcase my skills and creativity in a public space and to express myself through art. I will also be delivering free workshops during february at CHA & Nasta, 14 Hatfield Road, and everyone is welcome to pop in and help with the design process.

The wall will be painted from mid-March, with volunteers and participants working together. Every donation, big or small, helps us on this journey — enabling better quality paint, lasting materials, and a vibrant mural that our community can enjoy for years. I truly appreciate any support, and it will mean the world to me.
