Hello, my name is La Vonne Earl and I am the sister of Susan Sherrill. Let me tell you about Susan! This sweet woman loves the Lord and has done the best she could to give what little she had to support others even though she is alone and has very little financial means. She has done the best she could to make ends meet paycheck to paycheck. She lives in Las Vegas and has worked for the same hotel for 20 years.

Now the time has come in her life that she greatly needs the charity, love and support of others. She was recently diagnosed with stage 4B uterine cancer.

She has been unable to work, as this condition has completely disabled her. Her medical bills, house bills and expenses are overwhelming. As a family, we are doing the best we can to support Susan, but the load is too heavy for any one person. Cancer not only affects the person who has it, it affects everyone.

I am grateful I have been able to go to Las Vegas, give her a haircut to lift her spirits, play a little wheelchair pickleball and help her get her affairs in order. It is all quite overwhelming. Grateful that my sister Christy lives nearby, but she has a very heavy load on her plate already with a full-time job and a severely autistic son, in addition to another autistic son needing her attention.

We are asking that you help us fill the gap by supporting Susan financially as well as in your love and prayers.

We can assure you that each dollar you give will go directly to Susan alone. That it will help her to keep her home and help pay for caregivers as she is wheelchair-bound and can do very little for herself. Your support will help her to be able to have the means to live out her life and to pay for expenses even after her time comes.

I loved this sweet caretaker Lirio that came to interview today. She loves the Lord, has such great compassion and wanted me to remind everyone who interacts with Susan how painful this disease is even just physically. Lirio had tears in her eyes.
