   Did you know that over 45 million people are blind or partially vision impaired? Lack of proper eye care and poverty has contributed to this issue. African Americans are at higher risk for eye diseases; including, catartart, glaucoma and deibetic retinopathy according to the National Eye Institute.

     PlusorMinusOptical needs tele-optometry equipment to perform an in depth preliminary testing. Not only will this equipment provide an essential service; it will also produce employment opportunities in the community.
